Born in England, Horsfield moved to the United States as a child and began playing golf as a 5-year-old. He possessed a natural talent for the sport, beating future Majesticks GC teammate Ian Poulter over nine holes at the age of 14, leaving his older compatriot calling him “the best young player I’ve played with.” Horsfield was a standout player at the University of Florida, where he won multiple college events. He turned pro in 2017 and quickly established himself as one of the sport’s rising stars, claiming his first two pro wins in 2020.
